Is this Rounding Scheme for the Penny Fair?

Can we measure fairness? The penny is going extinct and stores need to find a fair way to deal with it. This project takes the learner through basic probability landing on Expected Value at the end while asking critical thinking questions along the way. This project will last at least two class days.
